This is a key area to any business therefore you should spend a bit of time planning this through. The proposed methods should be realistic, able to generate hard cash through sales and be within your resources.

You marketing and sales strategy will depend on the following.

-    How your product is positioned within the market e.g. who your target customers are and what are their interests?
-    What is your pricing policy? At what level are the products pitched and does the pricing strategy vary?
-    How will you promote your products/services? Direct marketing, PR, advertising, on-line, tele marketing?
-    How will you deliver the products/services? What distribution channels will you use to reach your customer?
-    How will you do the selling? Do you have a retail outlet, on-line, mail order, tele sales?
